About Champion Horse Cookies

Based in Saint Charles, IL, 

Champion Horse Cookies got its start when we perfected our recipe for a better horse treat for our own horse, our champion. 

His favorite treat is bananas, but bananas get brown too quickly and banana bread is not the answer for horses. 

Horse cookies are our answer! And we are so happy to be able to share them with you!

Locally made, our Original Recipe Cookie uses the ingredients we originally sourced from our own pantry: 

Bananas, flaxseed, beet sugar, sweet potato flour, oats, molasses, and dried apples

for a vegan equine treat that horses love and that you can feel good about!

Our Triple C Cookie is inspired by three lovely friends, three of their favorite horses, and three flavors that just came together: 

Carob for Oreo (American Quarter Horse), Cherries for Vie (Morgan), and Coconut for Trumpie (American Saddlebred).  

Our newest cookie, the Curry Raisin, was especially created meeting the many requests for a low sugar treat: 

 Chickpeas, whole grain rolled oats, raisins, coconut flour, oat flour, water, molasses, beet sugar, flaxseed, fenugreek, cumin, 

sea salt, turmeric, coriander seed, mustard seed, cardamom, sodium bicarbonate, baking powder.

Champion Horse Cookies horse treats are USEF and FEI show safe and contain

no corn, wheat, or soy-and the only cane sugar product we use is the molasses in our Original Recipe glaze!

Champion Horse Cookies plans to be at a number of local horse shows throughout the season.
