Why do you charge sales tax? Collecting sales tax is an Illinois state law requirement.

How much do you charge for shipping? We use a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping and handling.

What if we're at a show and don't have time to shop with you? If you are at a show and we're there  too, just order online and we'll bring your Champion Horse Cookies right to your horse's stall.

Can I return an item? Because we sell a consumable product, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel an order?  If your order has not shipped, it can be cancelled by contacting us.

Why do you only ship to Illinois? Each state has its own licensing and registration process for animal feed. As we are located in the state of Illinois, that is where we are licensed and registered. If you want us to sell in your state, please let us know.
